Helen Appelboam

Helen is an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who has managed to keep up her skills with both small animals such as dogs and cats as well as horses, ponies and donkeys. Helen helps out in the equine clinic and has also developed an enthusiasm for eyes and so works alongside our eye specialists at the Thornbury Surgery.
Helen likes to keep fit and is an active runner and cyclist. Last year she went on a long sponsored bike ride in South Africa and whilst there used her skills in some voluntary work to help veterinary surgeons over there in their aim to control unwanted populations of dogs and cats.
