Elena Romero joined The Rowe Veterinary Group in 2004 having graduated from Zaragoza University (Spain) in 1999. She worked in Spain for a year before moving to the UK where she undertook an internship, mainly in Ophthalmology, at the Animal Medical Centre, Manchester. In 2002 she completed an Ophthalmology post graduate qualification at the University of Barcelona and gained her RCVS certificate in 2005.

Elena is a registered teacher in clinical ophthalmology at the Bristol University Veterinary School.
